With over 25+ years of experience and a client base spanning 500+ companies, Sam Sirois is a leading expert in workforce performance and safety. He has worked across industries such as food & beverage, energy, manufacturing, utilities, petroleum refineries and mining, with notable clients including Frito-Lay, Toyota, Cargill, Shell, Bayer and many more.
As part of Circadian Operations Department, Sam specializes in developing and implementing fatigue risk management systems, alternative work schedules, and employee training programs. He also created CIRCADIAN®’s Managing a Shiftwork Lifestyle (MSL) program, which has improved alertness, health, and safety for employees worldwide.
In addition to his work with shiftworkers, Sam has developed sleep and fatigue management programs for extended-hours companies, including Sony Pictures Athletic Club, the Indianapolis Colts, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Texas Rangers.
